Some of us are up for hiking, biking, parachuting, abseiling and generally pushing ourselves to the limit in aid of a good cause.
But not everyone is superhuman – so what happens when you want to do something that will bring workmates together in a fun environment that does not involve the office or 150ft bungee cord?

Who can enter?
The beauty of the freshnlo Great Scottish Run is that it is the event for everyone – all ages and levels of fitness can do one of our races with a little bit of training. Companies, charities and public sector teams of all shapes and sizes are welcome – you do not need to be part of a multi-national or listed on the FTSE to enter!
How many can enter?
There is no maximum number of entries however to qualify for the Corporate Challenge prizes you need a minimum of 4 runners in one race. For example 5 workmates running the 10K race together would qualify for the prizes.
Runners cannot be spread across both the 10K and half-marathon races unless there are 4 or more team members in each race, in order to qualify for the prizes.
How do we win?
The winners of the Team Challenge will be calculated based on the finishing positions of the first 4 runners in your team to cross the line. The finishing position is calculated from each runner’s chip time only so it won’t matter if some of your team start at the front of the field and others at the back.
