The Routes
Both Bank of Scotland Junior Great Scottish Run races will take place in Glasgow Green, in the heart of the city. The courses will be flat, wide and safe within one of Glasgow’s most historic parks.
The routes for the 2010 3k and 1.5k events will be available on this page shortly. Please check back regularly for updates or join our online community for the latest updates!

The tall ‘needle’ in the park is called Nelson’s Monument and was built in 1806 in honour of Viscount Horatio Nelson (check him out on Wikipedia here – a very important man!)

Latest Updates
2011 entries open!
Entries for the 2011 Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run are now open. The event, taking place over the weekend of 3rd and 4th September next year, is set to expand after another record-breaking entry in 2010. Prospective entrants are encouraged to enter online now to guarantee their place on the starting line.
