Teams
Looking for a team challenge that doesn't involve a zip slide across a wild river or jumping out of a plane at 10,000ft?
Keep your feet on the ground and your eyes on the prize in the Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run team challenges!
The beauty of the Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run is that it is the event for everyone - all ages and levels of fitness can do one of our races with a bit of training. Plus this is the kind of physical challenge that you and your colleagues, friends and family can benefit from long after the finish tape has been broken.
In 2010 there will be three team challenges:
Corporate Challenge – open to companies, charities and community groups. Wouldn't this make your working day a little more interesting?
Family Challenge – open to family teams. Why not involve your nearest and dearest and run as a family.
Scottish Athletics team challenge – open to Scottish Athletics members in teams
This year the Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run will reward the top team in each Challenge group with the Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run Challenge trophies in both the 10K and half-marathon races. Now wouldn’t one of those look nice on the reception desk or club house bar?
Who and how many?
Teams must consist of a minimum of 4 entrants in one race distance but there is no maximum number of entrants. Winners will be calculated on the basis of the finishing positions of your top 4 runners.
Where do we sign up?
