Podcasts
Last year we added a new dimension to our online training support for all Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run entrants with our series of training podcasts.
This year have updated and revisited each guide with new ideas and thinking in road racing training but best of all - our training podcasts are still free to download!
Each podcast covers a specific area of training for the Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run: warm-ups and training exercises; hints and tips on practice runs; stretching and warm down.
