Shape Up with the Running Network

This 8 week beginners course is designed to help you lose weight, feel great and get fitter!

The course includes:

Eight weekly workshops.
Eight weeks of running.*
A weekly weigh in.
An easy to follow manual packed with useful hints and tips.

* You will start with a jog/walk programme and gradually build up to approximately 3 miles of continuous running over the 8 weeks.  On completion of this course you will be welcomed along to our refreshers and/or network sessions to maintain your fitness and new healthy lifestyle!
