If you are participating in the Great Scottish Run in September or a race of a similar distance, our courses will help prepare you for the big day providing motivation, support and company whilst you run!

10k Beginners :: more info ::
These courses are for complete beginners only and start with a walk/jog programme building to the 10k distance. If you have previously completed one of our 10k beginners courses and can jog for about 15-20 minutes please consider our refreshers courses.

10k Refreshers :: more info ::
These courses are not suitable for complete beginners. You should be able to jog for approximately 15-20 minutes without stopping to participate in these courses which are ideal if you have previously completed one of our 10k Crash Courses and want to increase your mileage back up again. If you can run for 3 miles without stopping please consider our regular Network sessions.

Half Marathon Training :: more info ::
These 12 week courses meet twice a week, consisting of one longer run at the weekend (building from 6 miles to the half marathon distance) and one shorter, midweek run. Sessions may also incorporate speed work – intervals, hills, fartlek etc.
Please note: you should be able to comfortably run 6 miles in approximately 65 minutes or less to participate in this course.

£55.00, £27.50 network members.
