The Glasgow Running Network
The Glasgow Running Network provides year round training for all levels of runners from complete beginners to more experienced runners looking to improve fitness and race times. We cater for men and women of all ages in a supportive, safe and fun environment. All groups are led by our friendly, qualified jog leaders.
We have groups meeting from a variety of locations in Glasgow and also run courses to help you prepare for Culture and Sport Glasgow’s major road races – the Women’s 10k and the Great Scottish Run. The Running Network also hosts its own annual 5k Fun Run in Bellahouston Park every Spring.

New for 2010 we will be introducing workshops on stretching, nutrition, injury prevention and general information forrunners and will also be teaming up with the Shape Up team to bring you a beginners running course which combines a diet and exercise programme to help you lose weight, tone up and improve your fitness.
