How to Prepare
This section contains all the training and diet information to allow you to prepare well for the 10K.
Would you like to run the 10k in under an hour but think you might need some help? Come along to Garscube Harriers and our coaches will help you achieve your goals. We have a team of experienced coaches who will advise you on how to gradually build your training programme in the lead up to the race. We train at 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday nights at the Garscube Sports Complex in the Garscube estate on Maryhill Road, Glasgow. We have runners of all ages and abilities.
