If you are participating in the Resolution Asset Management Women's 10k, then it is vital that you are wearing the correct footwear.

Your feet will hit the ground over 10000 times when running 10k and with a force of over 3 times your body weight. Therefore, you will need trainers that offer you the right amount of support and cushioning for your needs.
