IF YOU ARE PART OF A GROUP OR COMING ALONG WITH A FRIEND AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PLACED IN THE SAME TEAM AS OTHER VOLUNTEERS THEN PLEASE LIST THEM BELOW. CLUBS SUPPLYING A MINIMUM OF 5 VOLUNTEERS WILL RECEIVE A FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION FOR THE CLUB OF £10 FOR EACH VOLUNTEER SUPPLIED.
